Protein, carbs and fat — now on every meal card
Macros on the home screen and in meal cards, and high-protein dishes that stand out — handy when the day is short on protein.

Version 1.4.44, released in October 2026, brings the three macronutrients to the front: protein, carbs and fat are now on the home screen and on every meal card, and dishes rich in protein are marked so you can spot them at a glance.
Why protein first
A common picture: breakfast is toast or oatmeal, lunch is a salad or a sandwich — and by dinner the day is 40 grams short on protein. Protein keeps you full for longer, so the gap also tends to show up as an evening snack attack.
Seeing the number on the meal card turns that into an easy choice: pick the dish that closes the gap instead of guessing.
How to use it
- After lunch, open the home screen: the macro that is furthest behind is the brief for dinner.
- In recipes and suggestions, look for the high-protein mark when protein is what your day needs.
- Don’t chase every gram. Health Points still sum the day up across 13 nutrients; macros explain where the score comes from.
This is the same idea as our “what’s for dinner” flow: your lunch already knows what dinner should be.
